Nomiai is a space born from personal experience — a quiet intention to stay connected with presence and inner steadiness. This project was created by two people who deeply value simplicity, stillness, and clarity. We spent years searching for a way to share our experience without excess, in a form that remains grounded and natural.

Our aim was to create an environment where each person can return to themselves, regardless of what’s happening around them. We didn’t seek to provide answers — instead, we wanted to hold a space where meaningful questions can arise. Often, these questions appear in moments of quiet: with breath, sensations in the body, or a gentle rhythm of thought.

The courses we offer are built around direct experience. They don’t rely on complex techniques. Instead, they offer a gradual approach to inner awareness — from noticing initial reactions to observing emotional states over longer periods of time.

We’ve paid close attention to how a person engages with the material. There is no fixed order — everyone moves at their own pace. Some courses introduce breathing awareness, grounding through the body, and brief moments of stillness within daily activity. Others explore emotional observation, extended presence, and quiet reflection.

Topics include mindful breathing, grounding attention, pausing before reacting, returning awareness to the body, and building a habit of noticing what is happening within. Special care is given to transitions — times of change, uncertainty, and pressure. Each course offers space for gentle action, without force.

This is not a rigid method with set rules. It’s a path that supports you where you are. Everything we created has been shaped by personal experience and careful attention to detail.
